The public Never Spin website may collect the information you choose to send us, including your email address and message details when you contact Sun Ryse Software LLC. Basic request logs may also be processed by hosting and security providers.
What the desktop app does
The current desktop build monitors local process activity on your device to identify unusually heavy background CPU and memory use. The current build is designed to keep settings and recent stop history local to the device.
What we do not claim
The current desktop build does not claim to provide malware scanning, remote monitoring, or cloud account syncing. If those capabilities are added later, the product privacy notice will be updated before release.
How we use information
We may use contact submissions to respond to support requests, deliver product information, and manage launch or licensing conversations.
